Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards, and online payment systems. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider and booking type. Generally:
- Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations made 14 days or less before departure: No refund
- Some services may have different cancellation policies
4.2 Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or modify services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or supplier cancellations. In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements or full refunds.
5. Travel Documents and Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you have all required travel documents including:
- Valid passport with sufficient validity
- Required visas and permits
- Travel insurance (recommended)
- Health certificates if required
- Any other documents required by destination countries
We are not responsible for any issues arising from missing or invalid travel documents.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. We can assist you in obtaining travel insurance, but the decision to purchase and the coverage details are your responsibility.
7. Health and Safety
You are responsible for your own health and safety during travel. We recommend:
- Consulting with healthcare providers before travel
- Following health advisories and vaccination requirements
- Being aware of local customs and laws
- Taking necessary precautions for your safety
